End User License Agreement

1. License Grant

Poof grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use the application for your personal use. This license covers downloading the Poof application from the Apple App Store and using it on your iOS device.

2. License Scope

Under this license: - You may use the application for personal content creation purposes - You may use AI-generated content for any purpose, including commercial - You may use the application on devices linked to your Apple account

3. Restrictions

The following actions are strictly prohibited: - Copying, modifying, adapting, or distributing the application - Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling to extract source code - Transferring or sublicensing to third parties - Bypassing or disabling the application's security measures - Accessing APIs with automated tools or data scraping

4. Intellectual Property

The Poof application, its design, logo, source code, AI models, prompt templates, and all related intellectual property rights belong to Poof. This agreement does not include any transfer of intellectual property rights beyond the license granted.

5. AI-Generated Content

You have the right to use content generated by Poof's AI. However: - Accuracy of AI outputs is not guaranteed - Legal compliance of generated content is your responsibility - We recommend reviewing content before publishing

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The application is provided "as is" and "as available". Poof: - Does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation - Does not guarantee AI models will always produce accurate, appropriate, or current results - Does not guarantee continuous availability of third-party services (OpenRouter, Supabase)

7. Limitation of Liability

Poof is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of revenue, data loss, or reputational harm) arising from use or inability to use the application. Poof's total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid in the last 12 months.

8. Termination

Violation of these terms will result in automatic license termination without notice. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the application and delete it from your device.

9. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction over disputes.
