1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using Poof, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

2. Service Description

Poof is an iOS application that transforms voice notes and ideas into social media content using artificial intelligence. Supported formats: text posts, carousels, threads, reel scripts, and hooks. The app also offers social media content importing, an AI chat assistant, and content generation in 50+ languages.

3. Account Terms

• You must be at least 18 years old
• You must provide accurate and current information
• You are responsible for your account security
• One person may only create one account
• You may not transfer your account to another person

4. Usage Rules

The following are strictly prohibited: - Generating illegal, harmful, threatening, or hateful content - Creating spam, misleading, or manipulative content - Reverse engineering the application or extracting source code - Unauthorized or automated access to APIs - Abusing the service or interfering with other users - Unauthorized reproduction of others' copyrighted content

5. Intellectual Property

• The Poof application, brand, design, and infrastructure belong to Poof
• Content you generate using Poof belongs to you
• The accuracy, appropriateness, and legal responsibility of AI-generated content is entirely yours
• Copyright of imported content belongs to the original owners

6. Subscriptions and Payments

6.1 Plans - Free plan: Limited feature access - Pro plan: Full feature access with monthly or yearly subscription - 3-day free trial available

6.2 Virtual Currency (Coins) - Coin packs (100, 500, 1000) can be purchased as in-app purchases - Purchased coins are non-refundable - Coins cannot be transferred between accounts

6.3 Payment - All payments are processed through Apple App Store - Subscription cancellations are made through App Store settings - Refund policy follows Apple's policy - Access continues until the end of the subscription period

7. Limitation of Liability

Poof does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content. We recommend reviewing generated content before publishing. Poof cannot be held liable for damages arising from service interruptions, data loss, or changes in third-party services.

8. Service Changes

Poof reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service with prior notice.

9. Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from these terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey, with Istanbul courts having jurisdiction.
